I'm a habit and productivity coach from N.Ireland.


I have over 10 years of experience helping individuals and teams build better habits, boost productivity and reach their goals.

My journey into habit-building began almost 15 years ago, not in a boardroom or a classroom, but when I was struggling with the idea of giving a speech at my own wedding. At the time, I was painfully shy and introverted, and the thought of speaking in front of a crowd terrified me. That's when I started diving deep into the world of habits, learning how small, consistent actions could lead to big transformations.

Since then, I've:

✅ Coached individuals and teams to build lasting habits and create systems that work.


✅ Become a Certified Scrum Master, helping teams apply agile principles to stay organized and productive.


✅ Launched a successful Kickstarter for The Habit Journal, a journal I originally designed to help myself stay on track.


✅ Created Strikethru, a productivity system that simplifies task management and helps people focus on what matters most.
